Cross Country
Congratulations to Year 10 pair Mussa Mohamed and Guyo Kullo, along with Year 12 student Ellis Short, who have made it through to the state cross country championships.
The trio finished in the top 10 in their age groups at western region level on Monday June 15.
The state championships will be held at Yarra Valley Racing Club, Yarra Glen, on Thursday July 16.
Year 5 student Dau Garang missed out on competing in the state titles by just 3.5 seconds, finishing 12th in a time of 11 mins. 41 secs. while Willie Amol was 14th in 11.49.
Basketball
Our under-20 girls team will represent the college in the Victorian Secondary School Cup on Thursday June 18 at the State Basketball Centre.
The team comprises Sasha Batty, Bella Bennett, Elita Berisha, Phoenix Jarosz, Aluk Kuol, Torance Ndefru, Monica Peter, Trisha Saini and Kiva Te Haara.
