Our Grade 5 and 6 students recently enjoyed a wonderful day of activities as part of the Sports COPPS (Choices, Opportunities, Partnerships, Participation = Success) Program.
COPPS is an early-prevention model designed to introduce Victoria Police to young people as positive role models and mentors in the community.
The aim is to break down barriers, strengthen community bonds and promote healthy lifestyles and positive engagement with Victoria Police.
The program, which started in 2001, has the slogan, ‘Life skills through sports’.
