Wellbeing & Inclusion
SchoolTV
Welcome to SchoolTV.
A resource for supporting the parenting of young people.
It’s never been more challenging for parents to raise happy, healthy, and resilient children. The SchoolTV platform provides schools with an extensive range of wellbeing resources for parents, so they can work together in partnership to ensure better wellbeing for all students.
This award-winning resource helps build relationships, foster connections, enable understanding and break down barriers to navigate a pathway towards better mental health and wellbeing for young people. It can assist in starting conversations on topics that are sometimes awkward or difficult to tackle.
SchoolTV topics are conveniently arranged into a number of series. Topics feature interviews with leading youth wellbeing experts and researchers from around the world offering hours of relevant and practical information. Additionally, each topic includes a compilation of related resources from key organisations providing a comprehensive stream of content. Resources include informative fact sheets, articles, apps, books, podcasts, websites, and other videos – all related to a single topic, in one place for easy access!

NDIS Providers on Manor Lakes College Site
Manor Lakes P-12 College recognises that NDIS providers are occasionally engaged by families to support the learning needs of students. The practice of working inclusively with external providers reflects the College’s commitment to a strong multidisciplinary approach.
Families seeking NDIS providers to support students onsite during the school day (including in online environments) must complete the Request to Provide Therapy on School Grounds and Parent Consent form in conjunction with the requested provider. The provider must also complete the NDIS Licence Agreement. These forms and associated documents must be submitted to College Administration via email to manor.lakes.p12@education.vic.gov.au or in hard copy to the College Office.
In determining whether to approve a request for NDIS funded therapy in schools the Principal will consider a variety of factors including:
- individual circumstances of the student
- student access to the curriculum and whether the proposed therapy supports the key priorities for the student’s learning
- Child Safe Standards, supervision and duty of care
- practical and administrative capacity, including availability of space
- impacts of additional personnel in classroom spaces which may impact the learning of the whole class
- anti-discrimination obligations.
